Terms of Service
By creating an account or using HELLOVE you agree to these Terms between you and BNK Cloud Contracts LLC (“HELLOVE,” “we,” “us”). Have legal counsel review before final store submission.
1. The service
HELLOVE is an intentional dating application for adults that provides profile creation, discovery, connections, messaging, verification, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where required.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You may not use HELLOVE if prohibited by law or if previously banned. See our Child Safety & Age Verification Policy.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for credentials and activity on your account.
- Provide accurate profile information; one person per account.
- No impersonation, shared accounts, or accounts created for others.
- Keep your phone number current so we can deliver OTP and security messages.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, scam, or discriminate against others.
- Post illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content in profiles or stories.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the service or other users’ data.
- Use bots, scripts, spam, or commercial solicitation without our written permission.
- Misrepresent age, identity, photos, or relationship intent.
- Upload content depicting or involving anyone under 18.

5. Verification & safety
We may require selfie and/or government ID verification. Verification reduces impersonation risk but does not guarantee other users’ conduct, identity outside the verification check, or offline safety. Report concerns in-app or to support@hellove.co.
6. Subscriptions & payments
Paid memberships are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Full commercial terms, trial length, cancellation, and refunds are in our Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.
7. SMS / OTP
By providing your phone number you consent to receive transactional SMS (including one-time passcodes) as described in our SMS / Messaging Terms. Message and data rates may apply.
8. Content you submit
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant HELLOVE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and moderate the service. You represent you have all rights needed to grant this license and that your content does not violate law or these Terms.
9. Our intellectual property
The HELLOVE name, logos, app, design, and software are owned by BNK Cloud Contracts LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
10. DMCA / copyright complaints
If you believe content on HELLOVE infringes your copyright, email support@hellove.co with subject “DMCA notice,” including a description of the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.
11. Third-party services
The app relies on third parties (stores, verification, messaging, hosting, payments). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services we do not control.
12. Termination
You may stop using HELLOVE at any time and may request account deletion per our Account & Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose safety risk, or for operational reasons, with or without notice where permitted.
13. Disclaimers
HELLOVE is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee matches, romantic outcomes, uninterrupted service, or that verification eliminates all risk. You interact with other users at your own risk. Always use caution when meeting people offline.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BNK Cloud Contracts LLC and its affiliates, officers, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of HELLOVE. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where prohibited by law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify BNK Cloud Contracts LLC against claims arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence may still apply. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved informally is the state or federal courts located in the United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
