Community & Safety Guidelines
HELLOVE is built for respectful, intentional dating. These guidelines explain what we expect and how we respond to reports.
Be authentic
- Use recent photos of yourself; at least one clear face photo is required.
- Do not impersonate others or use misleading identity or intent.
- Complete verification when asked — it protects the community.
Be respectful
- No harassment, hate speech, slurs, or threats.
- No unsolicited sexual content or coercion.
- Respect boundaries — “no” means no.
Stay safe
- Meet in public places and tell someone you trust when meeting offline.
- Never send money or financial information to matches.
- Report suspicious, abusive, or underage accounts immediately — see our Child Safety & Age Verification Policy.
Prohibited content & conduct
- Minors, nudity, or sexually explicit media in profiles.
- Illegal activity, violence, or exploitation.
- Spam, scams, multi-level marketing, or commercial solicitation.
- Sharing others’ private information without consent.
