SMS / Messaging Terms

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These terms describe how HELLOVE (operated by BNK Cloud Contracts LLC) uses SMS / text messaging for account verification and related transactional messages. They support carrier and Twilio toll-free verification requirements.

1. Program description

HELLOVE sends transactional text messages to the mobile number you provide, primarily:

We do not use this program for marketing spam. If we ever offer optional promotional SMS, we will obtain separate consent.

2. Consent

By entering your phone number and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive automated transactional SMS from HELLOVE and our messaging provider (Twilio). Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods; it is required to complete phone-based authentication.

In the HELLOVE app, the phone-number entry screen includes this disclosure (with a link to these SMS terms):

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most users receive messages only when requesting an OTP or for occasional transactional notices. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opt-out

You can reply STOP to any HELLOVE SMS to opt out of further texts from that program. You may also contact support@hellove.co. Note: opting out of SMS may prevent phone-based login until you re-enable messaging or use another supported sign-in method.

5. Help

Reply HELP or email support@hellove.co for assistance.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change over time.

7. Privacy

We use your phone number to deliver authentication and related service messages as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell phone numbers collected for SMS authentication.
